We might be in the golden age of television, but I don’t think we can say the same for movies.
It’s all reboots and sequels and franchises – and don’t even get me started on The Emoji Movie.
So what can we look forward to comedy-wise in the months to come? Well, I’m not excatly wowed.
First up is Daddy’s Home 2. The premise is pretty straightforward – two men (Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg) must deal with their intrusive fathers (Mel Gibson, John Lithgow) during the holidays.
And now for A Bad Moms Christmas.
Wait for it – the plotline…
Amy, Carla, and Kiki struggle to cope when their respective mothers visit for the holidays.
If you don’t mind I’m going to skip both of those and binge a decent series.
Still, we do hold some hope for Ingrid Goes West.
