Throwing out the ceremonial first pitch is one of baseball’s great honours, but get it wrong and you’re pretty much guaranteed 15 minutes of online fame.
The latest person to find that out is 17-year-old Jordan Leandre, a diehard Boston Red Sox fan and former cancer patient, pitching as part of the team’s 50th anniversary of the “Impossible Dream” commemorations.
