You would have seen the picture we published yesterday (here), of the DJ allegedly groping Taylor’s bottom. She’s busy with a civil trial in court, and her testimony is solid gold.

But first a bit of background. According to the Daily Beast:

Swift’s civil suit is in retaliation to a wrongful termination suit that David Mueller filed against the singer, her mother, and her team seeking millions of dollars in compensation for the loss of his job and reputation, saying that Team Swift slandered him and bullied his bosses into firing him.

And that, right there, is what triggered it. Now Taylor Swift is going to eat him. He could have avoided it all, but instead he decided to push his luck with someone who doesn’t have time for nonsense.

Like when Randall Abrahams couldn’t keep his mouth shut, back 2009 – a mistake that resulted in a challenge to a physical fight (a challenge that still stands).

Even more revealing was the fact that the grope was not over the skirt, it was apparently UNDER the skirt, on her bare bottom.

She said, “It was a definite grab. A very long grab. It was a very shocking thing that never happened to me before.”

When Swift was asked to specify how long the grab was, Swift replied, “I don’t think it would be wise to estimate time in court, but I know it was long enough for me to be completely sure that it was intentional.”

She was even asked whether Swift was sure—seriously—if it had been her bare bottom that was groped, and not, say, over the skirt.

“Yes,” she answered. “He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek… I felt him grab onto my ass cheek underneath my skirt. The first couple of milliseconds I thought it must be a mistake, so I moved to the side very quickly so that his side would be removed from my ass cheek, but it didn’t let go.”

Seriously, what was this guy thinking?

And if you’re wondering why you can’t see the skirt being lifted, Taylor’s got you covered:

At one point, Swift was shown the photo of her with Mueller in which she claims the alleged incident took place. She was asked why her skirt doesn’t appear to be lifted in the photo, if she claims that was when Mueller was groping her. Her response? Legendary. “Because my ass is in the back of my body.”

How good is that?

For those of you still defending the guy in your mind, thinking it’s possible that he did absolutely nothing at all, just read this.

I’ve seen some people online saying that she could be making it up (the bare bum part), because there is no way of proving the skirt was lifted behind or not. Maybe she is, maybe she isn’t. I don’t think it matters.

What matters is you’re dealing with an A-class douche, who gropes women. People who grope should be taken to task. You shouldn’t be doing it in the first place. You douche.
