Chad, Roland, Ryk, Penny, Natalie and a host of other South Africans have all made their mark on the international swimming scene.
Someone who isn’t destined for the top is the chap in this video, whose training seems to have consisted of smashing some ‘polisie koffie‘ to the face.
We’re not sure exactly where this was filmed, but according to Good Things Guy it took place on a hunting trip.
