We popped over to 1Life and used their life insurance calculator to work out how much people of three different ages would have to pay every month to get R2 million in life insurance.

While last time we focused on people aged 30 and below, this time we went a little higher and here’s what we found.

Bear in mind, each quote also includes R100 000 disability and R100 000 dread disease cover:

50 – Male – Non-smoker for R2 million life insurance

50 – Female – Non-smoker for R2 million life insurance

45 – Male – Non-smoker for R2 million life insurance

40 – Female – Non-smoker for R2 million life insurance
