Whenever a sports car is involved in crash, it usually comes off second best.
Remember that Ferrari crash last week in Sandton? Well, what you are about to see is way worse.
A R2,5 million bright orange McLaren 570S was destroyed in a fire, and left in a heap of twisted and charred metal, after the driver drove it into a house.
While both the passenger and the driver managed to escape before the car burst into flames, emergency services rushed to the scene to find the car had taken out a telephone pole as well, reports Mirror.
The crash occurred at about 6AM on Sunday and this is what the aftermath looked like:
Yup, a big ol’ pile of debris.
With a top speed of 330km/h, I feel as if cars like this should require an entry level ‘How To Drive A Sports Car Without Crashing It’ test because, clearly, not everyone can handle all that power.
Not even Richard Hammond can handle…
