Remember that leopard encounter in Gordon’s Bay last month?
You can see that HERE, but let’s just say this encounter in India is far less affable.
A forest ranger had to leap to safety after a leopard emerged from a roof in a rather foul mood.
Wait for it, wait for it, and how’s that roar?
More from Mashable:
…a leopard wandered into the Kuruli village in the Kantabanji forest area of Odisha, terrifying and attacking villagers in the process. At one point the big cat ended up inside of a building and forest department rangers were attempting to trap the animal when it emerged onto the building’s roof. The leopard then charged a ranger on the roof, forcing the man to jump off to avoid the attack.
After 12 hours, the leopard was eventually captured, but it managed to injure three people, including the ranger, in the ordeal. Thankfully, none of the injuries were life-threatening, and the animal is reportedly being relocated to the Nandankanan Zoo in Bhubaneswar.
I would say it’s a happy ending, other than the fact that the poor leopard is now locked up in a zoo.
