The State Capture report is quickly becoming the next Nkandla, with everyone who knows their arse is on the line scrambling to stop the details coming to light.

Whether or not we will see Thuli’s final ‘nail in the coffin’ report any time soon is now a matter for the courts to decide, and today in the High Court in Pretoria the battle rages on.

President Jacob Zuma, opposition parties, and former ANC MP Vytjie Mentor are expected to argue over the release of the “state capture” report in the High Court in Pretoria on Tuesday.

Ministers Des van Rooyen and Mosebenzi Zwane are fighting for former public protector Thuli Madonsela’s report not to be released. The DA,  EFF,  UDM, and Cope are opposing their application.
