Denmark is doing what it can to influence the outcome of the upcoming USA presidential election by appealing to expats in its country.
Although done with a sense of humour, one ad agency, Uncle Grey, created an ad paid for by the Socialist People’s Party – and it is brilliant.
Using a bus, the agency popped Trump’s head on the body and a set of eyes on the wheels.
Yup, the effect is just what you would think: Crazy Eyes.
SPP leader Pia Olsen Dyhr said:
The ad is obviously done with a sense of humour, but we actually do take the U.S. election very seriously. It has a huge impact on us all, even in tiny Denmark.
Mr. Trump’s political views are very far from ours, and I find it rather scary to think of him sitting in the Oval Office. I hope that we can influence some of the Americans living in Denmark and make them vote.
Every vote counts.
[Errrr, Denmark – what about this guy?]
Imagine that driving past you:
There are 8,714 Americans who are living in Denmark and able to vote in the U.S. election and the bus, with Donald Trumps eyes will continue to spin around the streets of Copenhagen (and the Internet) until Election Day, 8 November.
I think a couple of minibus taxis should do it here, don’t you?
