Just as we thought these bizarre marital-murder crimes were coming to an end, another had to pop up its ugly head.
Petina Coetzee, 44, from Kenilworth, Cape Town, was arrested during a sting operation.
She was allegedly paying a hitman to kill her husband.
Yup.
Coetzee was caught handing an undisclosed amount of cash to a man in the parking lot of the Lansdowne railway station after detectives and members of the Manenberg Serious and Violent Crimes Investigation Unit “received information that she was allegedly conspiring to commit murder.”
I mean, I know Kenilworth has been quiet since that horrific domestic worker attack, but did it really need this?
