Fancy waking up at 3AM tomorrow morning and watching the third, and no doubt nastiest, presidential debate?
It sounds silly, but I watched the second and I can assure you it was worth setting the alarm clock for.
Think of it as a 90-minute boxing bout, where one fighter has received so many blows to the head that he now seems incapable of rational thought.
Hosted by the University of Las Vegas, a fitting setting if ever there was one, festivities will kick off at 9PM local time. Some interesting facts from TIME:
Like the first debate, it will feature moderators—this time from Fox News—asking the candidates questions, without the town hall format of the second debate. A record-setting 84 million people watched the candidates’ first debate last month. Nearly 67 million watched the second debate…
The topics picked by moderators also touch on several hot buttons, including debt and entitlements, immigration, the economy, the Supreme Court, foreign hot spots, and last but certainly not least, fitness to be President of the United States.
And, of course, pussy grabbing and Wikileaks.
So how do you tune into all the fun, and watch the final moderated battle? If you have yourself DStv tune into CNN (channel 401), or alternatively stream it on any number of YouTube channels.
We’ve picked C-SPAN, so bookmark this page and get up at the crack of dawn to watch the drama unfold:
May the less repulsive, more qualified candidate win.
Oh, and if you missed Saturday Night Live mocking the second debate do stop in HERE.
