It has been two weeks since the Brangelina divorce news broke, and while hearts have been torn and teenage crushes reignited, updates on the couple have been very low-key.
Since Angelina Jolie’s surprise divorce announcement on 19 September, she has received temporary custody of their six children and Brad Pitt has been subjected to a full drug/alcohol test – but he hasn’t been allowed to see Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, Knox, 8, and Vivienne, 8, until now.
While Jolie and her children have begun therapy, during the children’s first visit with Pitt it was alleged that a therapist was present.
According to sources, it has been a “traumatic experience.”
Pitt has been absolutely devastated and heartbroken by the events of the past several weeks, both in terms of how those events have been wrongfully portrayed and how they have threatened to jeopardise his family’s ability to heal and move forward.
Whatever the case, I never agree with a woman’s decision to keep her children from seeing their father.
