You want to say karma works in mysterious ways, but for Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte life seems to be going just fine.
Over the weekend Lochte took some time off from training for Dancing with the Stars to propose to model girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid, and all went according to plan.
Despite the scandal that has followed Lochte these past few months the couple seem delighted, with this from E!Online:
If you thought Ryan’s Olympics scandal would hurt their relationship, we’ve learned that it only strengthened the pair’s bond.”My family says, ‘Don’t you think it’s a little too soon?’ I’m like, ‘Can you put a time on love? Can you?'” Ryan recently [said]. “When I realized [sic] this was ‘the one’ was when she stuck behind me through this. She still loves me and she’s still right there with me.”
The pair first clicked in January 2016 when they met at a Los Angeles nightclub. Ever since the surprise run-in, Ryan knew that she was something special.”From the very first time I met her, everything has like clicked,” Ryan shared. “That’s why I know I can propose to her because everything that’s happened and she’s been keeping me so positive. She doesn’t care about my fame. She doesn’t care about anything. All she cares about is me being happy.
Let’s take a look at the moment in question:
And a few snaps from Kayla’s Instagram account (HERE):
Now we’re not going to include the Playboy photos here, but I can assure you if you do your own Googling you’ll want to make sure your co-workers don’t catch a look at your screen.
I’d go as far as to say they’re the kind of images that would see Donald Trump grabbing for the screen (HERE)…
