I think many people have had just about enough of Bono, but if he’s taking the time to lash out at the Trumpster then I guess we’ll allow it.
During U2’s show in San Francisco, the band dedicated some time to bashing the Orange Menace about that wall and all of his money.
So much money, great money, people love my money – by now you know the drill.
It does get a bit preachy from Bono, which is nothing new, but here’s a little once over from Huffington Post:
Bono went on to recite a few lines from Emma Lazarus’ sonnet “The New Colossus” ― “Give me your tired, your poor / your huddled masses yearning to breathe free” ― before criticizing [sic] Trump’s views on immigration.
“Good people are not going to stay silent while you run off with the American dream,” Bono said. “You’re fired.”
And go.
I think I prefer the ‘shit tonne’ of celebs that appeared in THIS video, but good effort there lads.
