Sometimes you really need that friend who taps you on the shoulder and says ‘no, don’t do that because it won’t end well’.
It appears no one had the courage to tell Hillary that, because she went ahead with her appearance on “Between Two Ferns” with host Zach Galifianakis.
Maybe she watched the Obama episode from 2014 and thought she could reach young, undecided voters by chatting to Zach, but she had to know there would be much mocking from the host.
That bit about regret? Here’s CNN:
Galifianakis also asked if Clinton will lead the civil war if Trump wins. Clinton says, “No, I wouldn’t take up arms. I think that might be a little extreme.”
“Oh right, because you were saying before we were rolling that you wanted to take away everyone’s guns. Very cool,” Galifianakis jokes.
“I really regret doing this,” Clinton says.
OK, so I guess she was kinda joking about the regret part. Settle in – good luck sitting through this:
There are no plans to have Trump appear on the show any time soon, which I actually find kind of sad.
