In this day and age in a city like New York, with many fearing a terror attack is just around the corner, any explosion in the city centre is going to cause mass panic.

That’s true of the blast that took place in the city over the weekend, with at least 29 people injured in the blast.

Below is CCTV footage of the blast, which took place in the Chelsea neighbourhood at West 23rd and Sixth Avenue:
