Remember we introduced you to Dash the other day? No, no, not Queen Victoria’s childhood pooch, but the restaurant in Cape Town that was named after the royal hound.

Well, to keep things interesting, Dash introduces a new tasting menu every few weeks as seasonal ingredients become available, and their latest offering has arrived.

In general, the menu at the romantic Dash setting is already concise and very well-priced. I mean, the chef and his team even went the extra mile to nab a home-grown 18-month mature cheddar cheese called the Queen Victoria, sourced from a local dairy farmer in Prince Albert.

Now that’s what you call dedication.

Every course served is truly a work of art, presented so beautifully it’s almost too perfect to eat – ideal for any of you Instagram foodies.
