For a few, national heritage goes hand-in-hand with a good braai – and to honour this feeling, Stor-Age is taking part in the National Braai Tour hosted by Jan Braai.
And it’s pretty epic.
The ten-day tour of the southern Cape started in Cape Town on 10 September and will make its way up to the Addo Elephant Park in the Eastern Cape, arriving on the 17th.
Everything should go to plan as Stor-Age have partnered up to take on the logistical side of the tour, organising everything from supplies to goods, necessary equipment – and of course, storage.
Fifty teams made up of four people will participate in this celebration of heritage, tradition and all things that make South Africa great. The tour will then be featured on KykNet on the show Jan Braai Vir Erfenis.
Chris Oosthuizen, Stor-Age GM of Sales and Marketing, said:
We are delighted to be partnering with the National Braai Tour this year and taking the opportunity to celebrate a truly South African part of our heritage with the teams on the tour.
The show will follow the teams on their journey, showcasing each recipe used as well as inviting you as guests to take part in the event. You can look forward to a variety of giveaways including stress balls, water bottles, notebooks for their recipes and a cooler for all their drinks whilst on the road.
And, just in case you get your hands on that new Weber (competition details HERE) and want to flex your cooking skills, Stor-Age are even giving you the top recipes they have learnt on their journey.
Keep up with the National Braai Tour and see exactly what Stor-Age are getting up to – read HERE for more. They’ll be posting daily throughout the tour and making sure to keep everyone in the loop of the happenings along the journey.
