We’re pretty stoked with our office space here at 2OV, and we’re not shy of telling you about it. We call the Ideas Cartel on Loop Street home, and watching our radio station set up shop in the building was a pretty exciting time.

We thought it would be tough to top, but then the news dropped that Ideas Cartel are about to change the way members work. It’s a little something that takes the idea of serviced office space to the next level, and we’re going to give you a sneak peek.

We’re talking about the Ideas Cartel app, and we were allowed a snoop to get a feel for how things are going to run around here.

Stick with us, because we’re willing to bet that when we’re done here you’re going to be suitably impressed.

Log into the app with your membership details, as William has below, and you’re greeted by this screen:

That’s right, every service offered available quite literally at your fingertips. Coffee and brekkie delivered to your desk? Sure thing, but we’ll start with that coffee:

No more traipsing to the bar to grab your goodies, and don’t stress about having to keep your cash or card handy. You can track your expenditure over the month, at the end of which you will be sent a statement for settling up.

Now that you’ve necked the morning coffee it’s on to more pressing matters, like booking a meeting room so you can close those deals. Just tap on the ‘Book Facilities’ section, and look what you’re greeted by:

We’ve yet to mention how you can book a session at the upstairs gym with a personal trainer, or secure a quiet room for some midday down time, but you better believe it’s all there.

Different boardrooms come with different perks, so before you book one take a quick look at what’s on offer so you can select accordingly.

Your meeting went off without a hitch, because you’re a pro like that, and now it’s time to reward yourself.

Don’t bother scurrying up to the rooftop pool and bar area without planning ahead, simply book yourself a lounger and have all the boxes ticked for your arrival:

I think you’re starting to get the picture, right? Every aspect of your day, from the moment you arrive until you’re packed up and on your way home, all taken care of with one single app.

The bottom line is we can’t look at serviced offices and co-working spaces the same again, because the bar has now been set by the team at Ideas Cartel.

We’ve never come across an app that streamlines the concept so efficiently, set to launch at the end of September, so you’ll excuse us being mighty chuffed about it.
