There are pros and cons to watching the Boks at 10PM on a Saturday.
The biggest pro is that you’re usually a few bevvies in, meaning the rugga can take a back seat for parts of the 80 minutes.
The con that stands out, and this is was Sunday morning for yours truly, is having to watch a repeat of the match in order to understand just how woeful the performance was.
We’ll leave the critical analysis for later, because for now let’s look at centre Damian de Allende’s social media blunder. It all started when fan Brandon Wheater had some less than complimentary things to say about Damian and Johan Goosen,

It can’t be easy putting up with all the armchair critics on social media, but when you wear the Bok jumper fans are entitled to expect a better showing than what we’ve seen these past five tests.
