Will it ever end?
Oscar’s defence is back in court today, and this time it’s to hear the outcome of the State’s appeal against the Paralympian’s disgraceful six-year jail sentence.
In July we finally saw Oscar Pistorius jailed for the 2013 murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. But the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said the sentence was too lenient, and are back in Pretoria for yet another hearing.
The NPA will argue that another judge would most likely have come to a different conclusion.
Judge Thokozile Masipa is presiding.
