If you’re a flight aficionado you may well have heard of the Airlander 10, which holds the title of the world’s largest aircraft.
It hasn’t been in the air long, but already we have seen its first crash. This occurred during the craft’s second test flight just north of London, and may well rank as the slowest crash of all time.

Hybrid Air Vehicles, the British company developing the aircraft, says the front of the aircraft was damaged but the pilot was unhurt during the accident…The company did not explain what caused the crash, but a maiden flight last week was cut from 90 minutes to 20 minutes because of a technical problem.
Not the most dramatic crash of all time, but the bigger they are the harder they fall.
