The art of wine pairing is something to be admired. Just picture it – subtly elegant aromas coupled with delicious flavours, in the effort to enhance your eating experience.

In an effort to celebrate this, and highlighting delicious wines from the Western Cape region, HQ has hosted a series of Winter Fine Wining evenings.

This month, HQ is partnering with Haute Cabrière to bring guests a night of “elegant simplicity and dining excellence.” Pairing the wine farm’s house favourites with HQ specialties, the evening is ended off with a unique dessert created specifically for the evening.

A crisp salad of cos and iceberg leaves, toasted pine nuts, parmesan shavings and dressed with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette

250g sirloin wet aged for 32 days and grilled perfectly medium-rare, served with skinny fries & Café de Paris Butter
