The art of wine pairing is something to be admired. Just picture it – subtly elegant aromas coupled with delicious flavours, in the effort to enhance your eating experience.

In an effort to celebrate this, and highlighting delicious wines from the Western Cape region, HQ has hosted a series of Winter Fine Wining evenings.
This month, HQ is partnering with Haute Cabrière to bring guests a night of “elegant simplicity and dining excellence.” Pairing the wine farm’s house favourites with HQ specialties, the evening is ended off with a unique dessert created specifically for the evening.
