Fridays are good for many things – a few post-work bevvies that stretch into the wee hours, some takkie squeaking, and stuffing your face with all those tasty treats you try and avoid midweek.
I guess that’s why Feastival, a Cape Town ‘celebration of food, music and design’, is proving so popular – and tonight’s ‘Friday Night Feast‘ , taking place in The Palms in Woodstock, promises to be a real gem.
Cocktails by mixologists, craft beer and gin, wine – there’s a little something for everyone, and we haven’t even touched on the food.
You’ll find a meal that satisfies even the fussiest of eaters, but if you’re looking for the 2OV team you’ll see us munching down at Easy Tiger.
There isn’t anything better to wash down that Friday adult juice with than one of their kickass burgers. Everyone gets to make up their own mind about their favourite, but if you’re asking me I’m saying go Triple Bypass all the way.
Red onion, lettuce, tomato, secret sauce, cheese slice, bacon, and truffle infused mushroom sauce – get in my belly. Take a look at this gem:
Don’t mind if we do, but make the informed choice and check out the full range of burger goodness HERE.
If you find yourself developing a taste for the Tiger you can find them on Bree Street and over in Muizies, and if you’re somewhere in between a Kenilworth burger bar has just opened to rave reviews.
Happy feasting tonight folks, you can get back to that healthy way of living on Monday.
