If you’re in for the long haul, flying the best airline makes a journey just that little bit more comfortable, although they need to sort out in-flight smoking options.

Kidding.

Every year, Skytrax releases its top 10 best airlines and this year it differs just a tad from last year’s, where Qatar came out top gun.

This time the award went to Dubai-based Emirates, announced at the Farnborough International Air Show in Hampshire, UK. Sir Tim Clark, president of Emirates, had a few things to say on the win:

Emirates has always put our customers at the heart of what we do, and we work hard to deliver the very best experience possible to our customers at every touchpoint, every day, all around the world.

Pretty sweet, I’ve always been a fan of the beige and red.
