Miss South Africa, because being married and / or having children means you’re just not as desirable apparently.
If you’re prepared to parade around on stage in a skimpy outfit, answer questions for an audience who couldn’t care less, and fake happiness and fondness for your fellow competitors then good news, there’s a fat paycheck that might have your name on it.
The winner of Miss SA 2017 will now take home R1 million in cash, with a few more goodies thrown in. Here’s IOL:
The winner to be crowned at a televised ceremony at Sun City at the end of March 2017 – will receive the cash, a car, an international holiday and other prizes in a package that exceeds R2 million. The finalists for 2017 will each receive a R25 000 cash prize.
The search is now on for who will follow in the footsteps of the current Miss South Africa, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene…
Claudia Henkel, PR manager of Sun International, singing the competition’s praises:
This will change the winner’s life forever.
“We want to attract the best person for this most important role as a new ambassador for the country.”
Yes, I too like my ambassadors to look good in a bikini.
So what can all the married mothers out there do to load their pockets with easy cash? Something far easier – buy a ticket for the R4,5 BILLION Powerball draw tonight HERE and buy a thousand tiaras if you win.
Then go all Oprah on the contestants – you get a tiara, you get a tiara, EVERYONE GETS A TIARA!
