When you own a computer shop crammed full of valuable goodies it pays to have a decent alarm system, and one look at this video below proves that point.
It’s called the pepper spray alarm system, and manufacturer Ian Colls says it was designed specifically with the South African market in mind.
TimesLive reports:
The alarm system which works independently from the blitz alarm can squirt up to 300ml of fiery pepper spray.
Colls says the system can be linked to a user’s cell phone or CCTV feed of the business. This allows the business owner to activate it remotely from the comfort and safety of their home. The system can also be primed to activate automatically once intruders have been detected.
Colls says the alarm system sends the criminals packing and choking but empty handed.
This system sells for R5‚000 including installation.
