Eish.
While Taylor Swift is normally the one to throw the first punch and release a song pouring her heart out after a break-up, this time Calvin Harris beat her to it.
Although that’s not surprising after his utterly bitter reaction over Swift’s latest romance.
From the point of view of Taylor’s budding romantic partner, Tom Hiddleston, the song, called ‘Olé’, is about cheating. Go figure.
Here are some of the lyrics:
I see online that you begun to be a good girl and take trips with your boyfriend. Being attentive, continue to pretend …
You’ve hidden my name in your phone so you can call me to tell me you’ve been going through hell. Left him alone and you booked in a hotel.
This kind of makes us think that Calvin suspected Taylor of cheating on him with Tom while the two were still together.
But the best lyrics are the ones with a subtle reference to Loki, Tom’s Thor character:
Low key you won’t tell none of your friends about me.
Well, now she’s told the whole world about him, Calvin.
According to TMZ source, Calvin feels no animosity towards Tom, feeling that he is just under Taylor’s spell.
