It’s been a rough week for old T-No.

First his TV gig, The Daily Show, came under fire for an ill-advised tweet following Texas’ landmark abortion ruling (HERE).

Just when that dust had settled it emerged that his mother Patricia, living in Jozi, stands accused of being a slumlord following an in-depth investigation (HERE).

Sure that’s not exactly his problem, but I bet he wasn’t stoked to find out that story was doing the rounds.

Well here’s something he did that has gone down rather well, because everyone loves taking stabs at Oscar Pistorius. During a recent Daily Show segment, Noah landed quite a zinger.

The segment was about the bad news coming out of Rio as the Olympic Games are set to kick off in Brazil soon. With two members of the Australian Paralympic team being robbed at gunpoint in the city, Trevor took his chance:

“Seriously, Rio? You’re robbing paralympians?

Hey criminals in Rio, paralympians may seem like easy targets…

[but] this guy killed his girlfriend just for using the bathroom.”

In case you doubted who ‘this guy’ was…
