Without a doubt, every day between 10am and 1pm, a woman dangerously dangles the bottom half of her body out her apartment window in an attempt to tan.
Completely naked, and thanks to the architectural legacy of the Soviet Union, several buildings are subjected to the spectacle.
Although some woman of the ‘sitting-outside-your-apartment-building-on-a-bench-and-judging-you’ variety had reported her to the police, the authorities can do nothing about her as it’s her apartment, her body.
