The United States is good for one thing, holding a national day for just about anything under the sun.
Yesterday it was National Best Friends Day, and even though it wasn’t a public holiday, it sure was celebrated – even by my own friends here in SA.
But the one celebration that stood out from the crowd was that between Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
Sure, marriages might come and go, but these two are sure to stay the distance. Just look at this Instagram shout-out:
Adorable, right?
Ben and Matt’s friendship has been going since they were kids, and check what Mashable shared:
Their friendship is so strong that the delightful Mindy Kaling and her friend Brenda Withers were inspired to write a play about them.
The 2002 off-Broadway hit, Matt & Ben, based on the duo’s journey to write the Good Will Hunting script, immortalized their bromance — just like this throwback picture.
Ben captioned the post in the most simple, cutest way:
This guy. #NationalBestFriendsDay.
