A story like this, and there’s only one site that you could possibly think of to help you out: Reddit.
When an Ottawa man Andy Gaudry was visiting some small American town for his grandmother’s 80th, he went to town with some cousins he hadn’t seen in a long while – and we all know how that would turn out.
While some of us would merely lose our memories, Andy lost his pants, wallet, and cellphone.
On the Haligonians group on Reddit, Andy posted:
Please help me find my pants.
He explained to CBC’s Maritime Noon:
We were out gallivanting around town. I’m not even sure where we were, wherever all the bars are.
It’s a great town, I enjoyed myself thoroughly. So much so I felt the need to walk around without my pants on.
I must have had his pants for most of the night because I know I went to this one bar that was open until 4 a.m.
I have a tendency to sleepwalk, which is exacerbated when I drink.
I don’t remember much after that, but my bank statement tells me I bought food at a Shawarma Stop after 4 a.m. on Saturday.
Although my pants were gone, I did manage to keep my shoes and underwear on – hot pink underwear to boot, so you’d really be able to notice me.
He was then notified by Twitter by the staff at the Marriott in Halifax that they had indeed found his chinos, along with his phone and wallet.
Good luck to those who intend on losing their pants tonight.
