Good genes are a wonderful thing to inherit, and it seems that mother / daughter covers are all the rage these days.
Enter Kate Moss and daughter Lila Grace Moss Hack, who are now on the cover of June’s Vogue Italia magazine.
They follow hot on the heels of Cindy Crawford and daughter Kaia Gerber, who were front and centre in April’s Vogue Paris.
Let’s see that cover then:
And a little more from Vanity Fair:
The mother-daughter duo shares the same wide-set eyes, pouty lips, and freckles—although Moss’s are covered up, while her daughter goes au naturel. The cover was shot by photographer Mario Sorrenti, and the issue’s themes are “family” and “love.”
Lila, born in 2002, is Moss’s only child. Her father is Jefferson Hack, the editorial director and publisher of Dazed Group, which publishes Dazed and Confused magazine. Both Hack and Moss have given humorous interviews about how Lila finds them deeply uncool, despite the fact that they’re pretty high on the list of British trendsetters.
If ever you needed proof that no teenager thinks their parents are cool that’s it right there.
