QUICK UPDATE – Cape Town tickets are ALL GONE, but there are still spots left in Jozi…hurry!
You like movies, we like movies, we like giving you free tickets to see movies. It’s a match made in heaven, so let’s carry on then.
George Clooney and Julia Roberts are pretty much Hollywood royalty, so you know they’re not mucking around in the minor leagues.
It’s been a full 13 years since they appeared together in Ocean’s Eleven, so it’s about time they teamed up once more in the high-stakes thriller Money Monster.
Clooney plays Lee Gates, a Wall Street guru turned TV presenter who hosts the TV show ‘Money Monster’ under the watchful eye of producer Patty Fenn (Roberts). It’s during a live show that a recently bankrupt viewer, who lost everything when he put all his money on one of Gates ‘tips’, storms the building, straps a bomb-vest to Gates and starts demanding answers as to why the company folded. Whilst the world watches the drama unfolds on screen, it’s up to Gates and Fenn to try and figure out what went wrong with the company before he makes his last appearance on television.
Let’s see the trailer:
