If you haven’t come across Rodrigo Duterte yet I think it’s time you made his acquaintance, and now that he has been elected the president of the Philippines you’ll be hearing a fair bit about him.
John Oliver recently devoted a segment of his show to highlighting just how outlandish some of Duterte’s past comments are, and I think one look at that video below and you’ll share similar sentiments.
At the time of filming the elections had yet to take place, but now that he has swept the top spot a call from Donald Trump must be coming.
