Houston has a problem – and according to Mashable it’s of biblical proportions. Pfffft.
Heavy rains have been falling and, nearing 0.6 metres in some places, have swamped the metro area of Houston, Texas. Forcing evacuations, by 10:30 am on Monday the city had requested disaster declaration.
