It’s standard practice at an AA meeting to declare how long one has been sober, so with that in mind I can say it’s been over four months since I last slipped up and shovelled some fast food in my face.

There are a number of reasons for this, with general health being one. We should also be aware of the environmental impact chains like McDonald’s have on our planet, because this is a message often lost on the masses.

As part of the 2OV radio show ‘Keeping it Green‘ globally recognised industrial cannabis expert Tony Budden is in studio chatting to Aimee, focusing on the topics of sustainable health, well-being and agriculture.
