When you first enter HQ’s venue, you don’t really know what you’re in for. The atmosphere is cosy and warm, but there are low tables one one side and fine dining on the other.
The menu is limited, but there’s something about its slim pickings that makes you understand that HQ is all about quality over quantity. But as you sit and engulf everything, from the service to the presentation, it all comes together.
And that’s why their Fine Wining dinners are so suited to the venue. Giving you a chance to celebrate great food paired with amazing South African wines, every so often HQ hosts a set-menu evening for you and your friends.
For the first time in 2016, the restaurant will be teaming up with La Motte Wine Estate on Wednesday 6 April – but it won’t be the last. Here’s the plan for the rest of the year:
Their elegant dining room is the perfect environment to enjoy a cosy dinner with loved ones, friends and family. On the night you’ll be eased into the evening with a glass of bubbly or a wine cocktail and an aperitif. After this, you’ll enjoy wines that have been carefully selected to compliment their iconic 3-course meal.
The menu caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian individuals:
