It’s common practice to rate your Uber driver after the trip. At times, it’s a mindless rating on the pretty good side, because, let’s be honest, most Uber drivers are pretty legit dudes. But when something is really bad, like their attitude, or their lateness, then you are more prone to consciously rating them with a low score.
But how do they score you? It’s a bit of weird situation: getting into a taxi knowing that as much as you are a customer, Uber actually cares about their drivers and the way they are treated. I mean, they held a driver appreciation event in Johannesburg last month.
