Taking a page from the likes of MC Escher, phoneographer (yes, as in someone who takes pics using their phone) Tiziana Vergari posted one of her creations to Instagram and has caused international puzzlement (but if you have a well-oiled logic department in your brain, it’s pretty simple).
The photo depicts a long line of girls looking at each other and no one really knows how many there really are. Some say four, some say eight – but I know, right, it’s totally none of the above. check the pic:
The photo got recognition when Tiziana entered the pic into Instagram’s Weekend Hashtag Project #WHPidentity. Each week, Instagram announces a different project on their blog.
Sitting in what appears to be a change room, the girls are each facing a mirror on either side. This is then repeated, but what gets the viewer confused is the eye contact. Anyways, there are only two girls in the picture. Amazing, right?
