Proof That Lions Actually Do Enjoy Eating Reptiles [Video]

If you watched our video yesterday of that crocodile in KZN chowing a dog (HERE) you’d be forgiven for thinking that the scaly reptiles are at the top of their food chain.

Not so, this video coming out of Zimbabwe showing that now and again the king of the jungle will still flex his muscle. Filmed at the Bumi Hills Safari Lodge, perched on the banks of Kariba Dam, you can see two young lions tucking into some croc cuisine.

According to reports this is the third time in the past two weeks this pair has killed and eaten a crocodile. Looks like they’re doing a good job of making the dam a safer place to enjoy a splash, I suggest authorities let these lions be.
