We know that over in Qatar they like two things – taking advantage of indentured slave labourers to build their 2022 World Cup stadiums and opulent displays of wealth.

One common display is owning exotic pets, and they don’t come much more exotic than a tiger. Still, it isn’t every day that one escapes from its owner’s vehicle and casually strides down a Doha highway, onlookers watching in shock as the cat gets a stroll on.
