Today is yet another day in court for disgraced modelling company boss Dawie de Villiers, the low life appearing in the High Court to face a number of charges.
The founder and owner of Jozi’s Modelling South Africa faces a total of 38 charges – we’ll run through them below then:
- He is facing a total of 38 charges, including rape, exposing two children to pornography, accessing and possession of child pornography, sexual grooming, crimen injuria and fraud between 2011 and 2013.
- 46 witnesses, including the young children he allegedly exposed pornography to, alleged sexual assault, rape and fraud victims, as well as experts and investigators are set to testify.
That’s a decent rap sheet, but here’s more on those charges from News24:
He allegedly raped and sexually violated several teenage girls between 2011 and 2012. Among the charges he faces is the rape of a 15-year-old girl in 2011.
He then allegedly asked the teenager to have a relationship with him and to send him a picture of her private parts.
De Villiers is also accused of indecent assault after he penetrated an adult female from behind against her will. In the same year, he also allegedly inserted his fingers under a 14-year-old’s ski pants.
Thereafter, he allegedly told the girl she sexually aroused him and requested she send him pictures of herself naked or wearing lingerie.
De Villiers also faces charges of exposing pornography to two children aged 7 and 10.
Let’s just hope this monster ends up behind bars where he belongs. I hear they don’t take kindly to his type in the slammer either…
