This little segment from Trevor Noah is quite a good educational tool for anyone trying to teach someone about, well, fascism. After Donald Trump tweeted a quote from Italian dictator Benito Mussolini without really knowing the source, many people took shots at him, from John Oliver, news anchors and now, ol’ Trev. The quote?
It is better to live one day as a lion than 100 years as a sheep.
Using the definition of fascism, Trevor creates a video montage of snippets of Trump’s speeches as perfect examples of why he, Donald, falls under the fascist category. Overall, it is very enlightening and if it does the rounds enough maybe fascist will be the new “it” word.
