Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the Trumpstagram, the medium other than Twitter that Donald uses to insult his fellow politicians and toot his horn.
Now we have often pulled a Trump tweet out on this site to highlight the sheer absurdity of it all. You don’t even have to look hard either – I just popped on and found this beaut, a shining example of the genius that is DT.
It’s all so pre-school, so ‘my dad is bigger than your dad’, that you have to worry about the sanity of all who gobble it up.
Anyway then we move onto last night’s Instagram, which I’ll give a bit of background courtesy of the BBC:
Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump has a “bombshell” hidden in his tax returns, the party’s 2012 nominee Mitt Romney has warned.
Mr Romney says the billionaire was “dodging and delaying” on releasing his returns, which could shake up the race.
Mr Trump has hit back calling the ex-governor “one of the dumbest and worst candidates” in Republican history.
But he wasn’t done yet, because we know if you mention money around this imbecile he has to take the bait. To Instagram we go:
Yeah, I have a store worth more than another human so there.
It’s going to be sad when all of this entertainment comes to an end, we should perhaps admit that. I mean this guy may well secure the Republican nomination, but surely there’s no way he will win the thing outright is there…is there?!
I’ve heard it muttered in secrecy before, in hushed tones sitting around the table, but as the situation becomes ever more comical are we secretly hoping this guy wins the whole thing?
It would be helluva entertaining, but perhaps for the good of the free world we should rein in that urge.
