Cheating ain’t cool, but neither is plunging from a great height onto the pavement whilst passersby scream in horror.

This footage above comes from China, and although the quality looks like it was filmed with a shoe box you can still make out the nude man beating a hasty retreat.

The YouTube video is accompanied by the following write-up:

Stunned passers-by watched in amazement as the naked man shinned down the facade of a block of flats after making a quick exit from a third-floor window.

The unfortunate escapee was enjoying a secret liaison in the building when the woman’s husband came home suddenly and caught them together.

The man didn’t have time to put his clothes on and started to abseil using a cable as a rope.

He stops several times and seems to be contemplating whether to go up or down.

As we can clearly see from the end to the video down was the winner, although perhaps at a speed greater than that the fleeing man would have hoped for.
