The group sex video involving a 15 year old girl and five boys that went viral and caused outrage in a community in Chatsworth, KZN resulted in rape charges being laid against the boys – including 10 others – with whom she had sex.

This move made the community even more upset as they say its not the first time that any of this has happened (but whatever that means is unclear).

The school is now investigating the other incident involving the same girl and 10 boys who engaged in a similar act outside of school premises in November.

Members of the community have turned on the girl calling her a slut and threatening her safety, and have professed the boys innocence.

It has been reported that the girl has been moved to another school, but some members of the community were upset by the boys’ arrests and protested outside the school last Wednesday.

The goal now is to establish whether the girl was gang raped or whether she was involved in a group sex act. The five boys who have been charged will remain in custody until their bail hearing.
