It looks like one resident may have fallen on hard times though, this lady skilfully shoplifting from the upmarket gift and accessories shop ‘Birds of a Feather’.
According to News24 the woman stole a purse and a scented candle. Residents of Constantia are asked to remain vigilant in these troubled times.
