It’s no secret that Hillbrow, an inner city residential area of Johannesburg, is rife with crime. But I guess unless you experience you won’t really know how rife the crime really is. Then, you get given this piece of video evidence showing just how bold the thieves are.
It shows two men just walk up and demand personal items from unsuspecting pedestrians. In the middle of the day. They even smack some dude on the head a few times. It’s actually quite scary.
