The Republican front runner has pulled out of the latest debate, citing his spat with host Megyn Kelly as the reason. For some context here’s what Trump said back in August that really stoked the fire:
That led to a spate of women tweeting Donald Trump when they had their periods, although he was probably too busy listening to inbred redneck Americans chant his name in small towns across America to notice.
